Word of Mr Jean Paul Vermeir, director of the navigation school of the Belgian Air Force YC

Recently Mr. Philippe De Backer, secretary of state of the North Sea, announced that work is being done on a new RD with regard to the licenses and equipment of recreational craft. This will inevitably affect the structure of our sailing school. We hope that the crews will be interested in perfecting themselves both in their theoretical knowledge and in practical experience, in the interests of sailing pleasure and especially for safety at sea.
